Where to stay, how to arrive, and how you get to the house.
The Venue
Getting here by air
Fly into Washington Dulles (IAD) — roughly 14 miles and 25–30 minutes from the house depending on traffic. It is the closer and simpler airport for this venue.
Reagan National (DCA) also works and is sometimes cheaper, but it is about 19 miles out and the drive is less predictable. Baltimore (BWI) is a long haul and not recommended.
Where to Stay
Stay at one of the two host hotels if you can — the shuttle only runs to those, and it is where everyone ends up in the lobby afterward. Book directly with the hotel; a room block link and rate go out with your acceptance.

The closest practical option and the default recommendation. All-suite rooms, free made-to-order breakfast, an evening reception, and connecting rooms if you're travelling with a team. Spring Hill Metro is within half a mile.

The more elevated and more social of the two. Residential-style suites, the Wren restaurant, a rooftop, breakfast for two included, and the McLean Silver Line station one block away.

Held for a limited number of speakers and partners. Attached to Tysons Galleria. No airport shuttle, and transport to the house is arranged separately rather than on the main loop.

If the first two fill. Large and group-friendly, with a local shuttle serving destinations within a mile — but it is not a summit shuttle stop, so plan on rideshare to the house.

From Dulles
Simplest, and what most people should do. Dulles has a dedicated ride-app curb on the ground level outside baggage claim — exit through Doors 2, 4 or 6 and follow the app to your zone on the third curb. Dulles ground transportation
Runs 24 hours, no reservation needed on the way out of the airport. Follow signs to the lower level and go to Door 1 or Door 7. Washington Flyer
Cheapest, and no transfer required. The station is about a six-minute walk from the terminal. Skip it if you're carrying a lot of gear. WMATA airport guide

Round-trip shuttle service runs between the house and the two host hotels each day of the program:

Exact pickup points and departure times go out to registered guests before the event. Staying elsewhere? Get to whichever hub is closer at least 15 minutes before the posted departure. The shuttle covers hotel-to-house only — get yourself from the airport to your hotel using one of the three options above.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Your acceptance comes with the room block link, the rate, and the shuttle schedule — so there is nothing to book until you hear back.
