The Room
Everyone here has an audience that listens and something real they are trying to do with it. Nobody is asked to soften anything.
What You Leave With
Four days is long enough to get past the introduction. That is why it is four days.
You leave knowing people, not following them. That takes unhurried time in the same building, which a conference schedule is built to prevent.
Private rooms, doors that close, no camera unless you want one. Some of the most useful things said here will never get posted.
Sense-making sessions where the room works out what is actually happening, with people who see it differently. You leave less confused than you arrived.
Lit rooms for filming and the person you want to film with already down the hall. Whatever you shoot is yours.
The Format
A handful of chosen talks, one opening and one closing each day. The rest gets made by the people in the room, on the day.
Sessions get proposed and run by whoever wants to run them. Show up with something to say and there is a room for it.
You tell us what you're building before you arrive. Groups get assembled around real overlap: complementary skills, live projects, and the kind of friction that produces something.
Lit spaces and private rooms held open for filming the whole time. Everyone brings their own gear. The house gives you the room, the light, and the person you want on camera already being down the hall.
Every group presents on Sunday. A project, a campaign, a tool, a piece of media, a commitment. Nothing leaves this house as a conversation.
The Work
Come with what you actually believe and the audience you actually built. The house asks one question, and it is narrower than agreement:
What would you build if a hundred people with reach were in one building for four days?
Where the money goes, who is paying for what, and the stories that need more than one channel to break properly.
Tools, sites, apps and formats that make something legible to a lot of people at once. Engineers and designers are in the room for this.
Campaigns, series, orgs and coordinated pushes that need more distribution than any one account has on its own.
Come as you are. Leave with something that outlives the weekend.
The House
Rooms you can shut the door on, corners lit for filming, long tables, and enough space that four conversations happen at once without any of them getting quieter.

Saturday and Sunday carry the essential program — come for the weekend if that is all you have. Friday through Monday is for the people going deeper, and it is where most of what lasts gets built.

Every seat is picked by hand. We look for people who have built a real audience, have something they are trying to do with it, and would rather make something than sit on one.
Creators of every kind: commentary, comedy, journalism, music, film, podcasts. Plus the technologists, organizers and founders they should be building with. Follower count is not the bar. Whether people move when you speak is.
No, and please don't be. Partisan creators are wanted here. Nobody is asked to soften a position, perform balance, or pretend to agree with the person across the table. The room is wide on purpose.
No. Saturday and Sunday carry the core program. Friday through Monday is offered to everyone who wants to go deeper, and it is where the working groups do most of their work.
You do, entirely. Shoot what you want, post it where you want, on your schedule. Some sessions are also filmed by the house, and any session that is off the record is announced as off the record before it starts.
